Why join my spaces?

I am a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, Narcissistic Trauma-Informed Coach, Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach and Brainspotting Practitioner.

I have supported hundreds of women to go from surviving to thriving after healing my own trauma from experiencing narcissistic abuse. My passion has always lied in wanting to learn everything about how the mind works which led me to study Psychology at university.

However, after my own experience of narcissistic abuse, I discovered traditional approaches like talking therapy help to soothe the symptoms but aren’t enough to heal from the root cause. A somatic approach is needed reconnecting the brain, mind and body so now I educate my clients and support them to heal with science backed somatic modalities that work. My mission is to raise awareness of the effects of psychological and emotional abuse whilst providing you a safe space where you never feel alone.

This space is designed from the perspective of a survivor but also through the trauma-informed lens which you need to begin your healing journey.
