As a Mental Wellbeing Practitioner and Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach I have supported hundreds of women to go from surviving to thriving.

My passion has always lied in wanting to learn everything about how the mind works which led me to graduate with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Psychology at university.

However, after my own experience of trauma, I discovered traditional approaches like talking therapy help to soothe the symptoms but aren’t enough to heal from the root cause. A somatic approach is needed reconnecting the brain, mind and body so now I educate my clients and support them to heal with science backed somatic modalities that work.

My mission is to support my clients to heal so they can break the cycle of generational trauma.

My clients get results because this space is designed from the perspective of a survivor but also through the trauma-informed lens which you need to begin your healing journey.
